Rolling bearing is a precision part, so it is required to be cautious in use. Even if high-performance bearing is used, it cannot achieve the expected performance effect if used improperly. Therefore, the following matters should be noted when using bearing:

1.1 Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean. Even tiny, invisible dust entering the bearing can increase wear, vibration and noise.

1.2 Use and install carefully, do not allow strong stamping, hammer is not allowed to directly hit the bearing, is not allowed to pass pressure through the rolling body.

1.3 Use appropriate and accurate installation tools, use special tools whenever possible, and avoid the use of cloth and staple fibers.

1.4 Prevent the bearing from rust. When taking the bearing directly by hand, wash the sweat from the hand thoroughly and apply high quality mineral oil before operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention in rainy season and summer.

2 match

2.1 Selection of Fit The inner and outer diameters of the rolling bearing are manufactured according to standard tolerances. The fit tightness of the inner ring and shaft, outer ring and seat hole of the bearing can only be achieved by controlling the tolerance of the journal and seat hole. The bearing inner ring and shaft are made of base hole, and the bearing outer ring and seat hole are made of machine shaft. The correct choice of fit, must know the actual bearing load conditions, operating temperature and other requirements, but in fact is very difficult. Accordingly, most circumstance is to use elaborate choice to cooperate.

2.2 Selection of load properties The rotation of load vector relative to the ring should be considered first. According to the rotation of the synthetic radial load vector relative to the ring, the load borne by the ring can be divided into fixed load, rotating load and swinging load.

A. The synthetic radial load acting on the raceway of the ring is borne by the local area of the raceway of the ring and transmitted to the corresponding local area of the shaft or bearing seat. Such load is called the fixed load. Its characteristic is that the synthetic radial load vector is relatively static with the ring. Looser fit can be chosen for the ring bearing directional load.

B. The synthetic radial load acting on the raceway rotates along the circumference of the raceway and is successively borne by various parts. Such load is called the rotary load, and its characteristic is that the synthetic radial load vector rotates relative to the raceway. The ring bearing rotating load should be fitted tightly. Under special circumstances, such as very light load, or under heavy load, the ring only occasionally rotates at low speed. When the bearing is made of a harder material and with a rougher surface, the ring bearing rotating load can also be fitted loosely.

C. oscillating load acting on the direction of the synthesis of radial load on the ring, the load case, called oscillating load or directional load, its characteristic is the synthesis of radial load vector acting ring in the ring groove in a certain area of swing, on certain areas for the raceway, or impact load is acting on the bearing load, vibration load, its direction, load values change often. Bearing swing load bearing inner, outer ring and circumference, bearing housing, hole should be fitted with tight fit.

2.3 Load size The overwin between the ring and the shaft or shell depends on the size of the load. For heavier loads, a larger overwin is used, while for lighter loads, a smaller overwin is used. The equivalent radial load P is usually divided into "light", "normal" and "heavy" loads.

2.4 Shaft and housing hole tolerance zones are selected according to the size and nature of the load.

2.5 Matching surface roughness and form-position tolerance The matching surface roughness and form-position tolerance directly affect the product performance, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and matching properties. Therefore, it is very important for the stability of the fit and the improvement of the connection strength of the over-win fit to reasonably stipulate the shape and position tolerance of the shaft and the shell hole and put forward the roughness requirement of the fit surface.

Whether the bearing is installed well or not will affect the precision, life and performance of the bearing. Therefore, please fully study the bearing installation.

3.1 Clean the bearing and related parts (for the lubricated bearing and both sides with oil seal or dust cover, there is no need to clean the sealing ring bearing before installation.)

3.2 Check the dimensions and finishing of relevant parts

The bearing shall be installed according to the bearing structure, size and the mating nature of the bearing components. The pressure shall be directly added to the end face of the tightly fitting ring and shall not be transferred through the rolling body. Generally, the following methods shall be adopted for bearing installation:

A. Press the inner ring of the bearing to make it fit tightly with the shaft. If the outer ring and the bearing seat hole are loose, the bearing can be first pressed on the shaft and then loaded into the bearing seat hole together with the bearing. The inner diameter of the casing assembly shall be slightly larger than the journal diameter, and the outer diameter shall be slightly smaller than the inner ring edge of the bearing to avoid being pressed on the retainer. Bearing outer ring and bearing hole tight fit, inner ring and the shaft is a loose fit, the bearing can be pressed into the bearing hole first, then assembling casing diameter should be slightly less than the diameter of a hole, if the bearing ring and shaft and hole is a tight fit, install indoor ring and outer ring to pressure into the shaft and hole, at the same time assembling casing structure should be able to at the same time, so the bearing inner ring and outer ring end face.

B. Heating fit Installation method to change the tight fit into loose fit by heating the bearing or bearing seat and using thermal expansion. Is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of bearings with large interference. Before hot loading, the ring of the bearings or separable bearings is put into the oil tank and heated evenly at 80-100℃, and then removed from the oil and installed on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of the inner ring from fitting tightly with the shaft shoulder after cooling, axial fastening can be carried out again after cooling. When the bearing outer ring is tightly matched with the bearing seat made of light metal, the hot loading method of heating the bearing seat can avoid the abrasion of the mating surface. Heating tank with bearing and should be at a certain distance from the bottom of a mesh, or hanging hooks in the bearings, bearing on the bottom, to prevent impurities into the bearing or uneven heating, fuel tank must have a thermometer, strictly control the oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃, in order to prevent the tempering effect, reduce the hardness of the ring.

The coordination between the circumference of the thrust bearing and the shaft is generally a transition coordination, while the coordination between the seat ring and the bearing seat hole is generally a clearance coordination, so this kind of bearing is easy to install. The center shaft of the bidirectional thrust bearing should be fixed on the shaft to prevent rotation relative to the shaft. The mounting method of the bearing is generally in the case of shaft rotation, so the coordination between the inner ring and the shaft is excessive and the coordination between the bearing outer ring and the bearing chamber is clearance coordination.
